The location is fantastic,, contributing positively to the overall ambiance.

The lack of guest preference in hospitality detracts from the otherwise pleasant stay. Some staff missed opportunities to create nice interactions.

tbh, had a very very good stay usually on weekend. clean, good value hotel, the location was easy so close to a metro station and many clubs on the premises. the breakfast served in the restaurant was savoury. the venue rooms were great-sized and huge with tub and king bed and all amenities included. the staff was very helpful and check in was early. liked the location to the bustling area of burjuman.

Excellent and easy location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Our room had a very comfy bed and a nice view.

the rooftop pool is great but the wifi signal is very weak.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Great variety of restaurants within the hotel. Good breakfast buffet.

This hotel contains several nightclubs and very loud noise can be heard until 3-4 am in the morning. This location may be good for those who want to party but good luck trying to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything coming from next door rooms, including their vey private noises. The only reason I stayed there for more than a week was because of the proximity to the Rashid Hospital where my father was being treated.

The location is fantastic.

Several issues arose, such as a lack of professionalism regarding the late checkout policy and the unhelpful responses from staff. The rooms were poorly maintained, with no windows and a general sense of disrepair that overshadowed any positive aspects.

smell is bad everywhere in the hotel. dirty bed & pillows.lady staff was not friendly at all. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. worst place i have ever seen.

The rooms are super clean and feel newly renovated! The location is ideal, with easy access to transport and nightlife. Housekeeping maintained high standards daily and breakfast options were decent, including good Indian and European choices.

This venue offers spacious and peaceful rooms in a great location near a scenic creek, featuring comfortable rooms with large beds, complimentary WiFi, and minibars.

I liked design of the hotel, cleanliness, and quiet the staff and their willingness to help

I note that some hotel rooms affected by the breastplate of disco music, which directly cause inconvenience and discomfort for the guests and this is what we faced and I hope that the procedure is solving the problem and apologize for openness

The hotel ambience is good,,,

During evening until midnight we heared noise from the bar,,,, our room was located at 2nd floor but still we can hear noise from the bar which is located at upper floor (4 floor),,, but the hotel itself is realy great:-)
